Shipping policy

At Diana Dazzle, we take great pride in ensuring every clothing and accessory item is packed, handled, and delivered with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within Malaysia.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping for all apparel and fashion accessories listed on our website within Malaysia only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Cut-Off & Processing Time
- Orders placed before 6:00PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 6:00PM, on weekends, or on Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Our standard handling time ranges between 1 to 3 business days, depending on order volume and quality verification.
Each clothing item undergoes a final inspection before dispatch to ensure correct sizing, fabric condition, and packaging integrity.
3. Packaging Care
All apparel items are:
- Individually folded, wrapped in protective garment packaging, and sealed in waterproof mailers.
- Accessories such as earrings, necklaces, and hair clips are placed in protective pouches or boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- Footwear and heels are shipped in original boxes and placed inside outer cartons for added protection.
We ensure all parcels are tamper-evident and securely sealed before leaving our warehouse.
4. Delivery Time & Courier Schedule
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3 to 6 business days via our trusted courier partners.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Taking both handling (1-3 days) and transit (3-6 days) into account, you can generally expect to receive your parcel within 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.
During high-volume periods (such as festive seasons or clearance sales), slight delays may occur, but we strive to minimize them wherever possible.
5. Shipping Fees & Currency
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within Malaysia.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
If you pay in another currency, your card issuer or payment provider may apply exchange rate adjustments or service fees, which are beyond our control.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will liaise with the courier to conduct an investigation.
Please note that incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout may cause delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
