These Billing Terms and Conditions explain the payment methods, transaction currency, billing requirements, refunds, and related order terms for purchases made from Selavena.
Selavena offers lighting products, including chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, and related lighting products within the United States.
Accepted Payment Methods
Selavena accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

Customers must select one of the available payment methods during checkout.
The payment methods displayed at checkout should match the payment information shown in Selavena’s website footer, payment icons, FAQs, and other customer-facing pages.
Transaction Currency
All product prices, orders, and approved refunds are processed in United States dollars (USD).
Customers should review the complete order total displayed at checkout before authorizing payment.
When a customer uses a payment account based in another currency, their bank, card issuer, or payment provider may perform a currency conversion or charge fees under that provider’s terms. Such charges are determined by the payment provider and are separate from Selavena’s order charges.
Billing Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information during checkout, including:
- Customer name
- Billing address
- Contact email
- Payment details requested by the selected payment provider
Incorrect or incomplete billing information may prevent successful payment authorization or delay order processing.
Customers who discover an error after placing an order should contact info@selavena.com as soon as possible and include their order number.
Payment Authorization
Payment must be successfully authorized through the selected payment method before Selavena begins processing the order.
A payment attempt that is declined, incomplete, or not successfully authorized may prevent the order from being completed.
Selavena does not have a separately confirmed customer identity or document-verification process. No additional verification procedure is represented in these terms.
Payment Security
Customers should enter payment information only through Selavena’s website checkout using one of the accepted payment methods.
Do not send card numbers, wallet passwords, security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
The selected payment provider may process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Shipping Overview
Selavena provides free standard shipping for orders within the United States.
The confirmed shipping terms are:
- Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT-6)
- Business days: Monday–Friday
- Processing and handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 7–9 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days
- Standard shipping cost: Free
- Tracking: Sent by email with a tracking link after shipment
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-6), Monday through Friday, begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or during the weekend begin processing on the next business day.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Selavena accepts eligible returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products when the request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Approved returns receive a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Returned products are normally inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.
After the returned product has been inspected and approved, Selavena processes the refund within 10 business days.
Approved refunds are:
- Issued in USD
- Returned to the original payment method
- Subject to no restocking fee
Exchanges are available for eligible products. There is no additional exchange fee, and Selavena covers the approved return-label cost.

Order Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation before the product has shipped.
To request a cancellation, email info@selavena.com as soon as possible and include the order number.
A cancellation is not complete until Selavena confirms that the order was successfully cancelled.
If the product has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may request a return after delivery under Selavena’s Return and Refund Policy.
Personal Information
Personal and billing information associated with checkout is handled according to Selavena’s Privacy Policy and the terms of the selected payment provider.
