At Diana Dazzle, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure every blouse, dress, accessory, and pair of heels meets our quality standards before shipment. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided that all the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.
- The item must be free of stains, odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of wear.
- Accessories such as earrings, hair clips, and necklaces are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless received defective.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, which should be placed inside an outer protective parcel (do not tape or write directly on the shoe box).
- Final-sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
- Email our support team at info@dianadazzle.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and shipping label if approved.
- Please print and attach the label securely to your return parcel and ensure it is properly sealed.
Return Method & Shipping
All returns must be sent via mail using our provided shipping label.
We cover all return shipping costs, including for exchanges, there are no additional fees.
Please note that in-person drop-offs or store returns are not available at this time.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned parcel, our quality control team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is successfully processed.
- If your return does not meet our conditions, it will be returned to you with a notification.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request email.
Once the return is approved, a replacement will be sent out as soon as your returned item is received and verified.
Currency & Refund Value
All refunds are issued in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
If payment was made in another currency, please note that your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rate adjustments or transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
