Selavena respects the privacy choices available to customers and website visitors.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, security codes, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

What Happens After a Request

Selavena will review the request and process valid privacy requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may contact you when additional information is reasonably necessary to identify your information, understand the request, protect against fraud, or verify that the request applies to you.

Selavena will not require more personal information than is reasonably necessary to process the request.

Opt-Out Preference Signals

Where required by applicable law, Selavena will treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device that sends the signal.

Browser-based signals may apply only to the browser, device, or profile from which they are sent. You may need to enable the signal separately on other browsers or devices.

Authorized Agents

Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.

Selavena may request information reasonably necessary to confirm the agent’s authority and protect the customer’s personal information.

No Discrimination

Selavena will not unlawfully discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Exercising a privacy right will not affect the customer’s ability to contact Selavena or obtain information about an existing order.
